黑果枸杞色素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:选用75%乙醇作提取溶剂,采用正交设计试验,研究提取温度、提取时间和料液比对黑果枸杞色素提取条件的影响.结果表明,黑果枸杞色素提取的优化工艺条件为温度60℃,时间30min,料液比1∶20.该条件下色素粗品得率为65.62%.

Abstract:Selected 75% ethyl alcohol as the extraction solvent,the effects of extraction temperature,time and material-solution ratio to extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal design experiment.The result indicated that the optimal extraction condition of Lycium ruthenicum murr pigment was temperature of 60 ℃,time of 30 min,material-solution ratio of 1∶20,the productivity of crude pigment was 65.62%.
