摘    要:目的]建立快速检测沙门氏菌的环介导等温扩增(LAMP)技术。方法]以沙门氏菌的特异性基因(invA)序列为靶序列设计引物,并对该序列进行等温扩增;对Mg2+浓度、反应温度和反应时间扩增条件进行优化,并对沙门氏菌进行检测和鉴定。结果]在Mg2+浓度为2.0mmol/L时,62℃反应40min,扩增可达最佳效果,LAMP法检测的灵敏度为7.8cfu/ml。结论]建立了快速检测沙门氏菌的LAMP技术,该方法灵敏度高、耗时短、方法简便,便于在基层推广,为检测食源性致病菌构建了一个技术平台。
