摘    要:金丝桃属(HypericumL.)植物是重要的药用植物,富含天然药用成分,在民间广泛用于抗抑郁症、抗病毒、抗癌等治疗。利用植物细胞培养技术生产金丝桃属植物富含的具有重要经济价值的次级代谢产物是一条中药资源可持续发展的新途径和新方法。综述了国内外金丝桃属植物细胞培养条件优化的研究现状和细胞培养生产次级代谢产物的研究进展,并提出未来研究的方向和多方位开发的应用前景。

Research Progress of Cell Suspended Culture in Hypericum L.

Abstract:Hypericum L.is a kind of significant medical plant,and contains several natural medical ingredients.In civilian,this herb is broadly used to inhibit pression,virus and cancers,et al..Utilizing the cell suspended culture technique to yield the secondary metabolic production is a new way and method to produce and get the natural medical ingredients from Hypericum L.,which has the important economic value.The research progress of Hypericum L.cell suspended culture at home and abroad and the secondary metabolic production of Hypericum L.were summarized,the direction of future research and the perspective of multi-aspects exploitation were mentioned.
