五味子鲜叶化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究五味子鲜叶的化学成分。方法]运用常规柱色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果]从五味子鲜叶的石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部分共分离得到12个化合物,鉴定了8个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯(2)、schindilactone A(3)、五味子醇乙(4)、Wuweizilactone acid(5)、五味子乙素(6)、五味子甲素(7)、五味子醇甲(8)。结论]首次系统分离并鉴定五味子鲜叶的化学成分,其中化合物2为首次从五味子中分离得到。

Study on the Chemical Constituents from the Fresh Leaves of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of the fresh leaves of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill..Method] The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Result] Twelve compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions of S.chinensis,and eight compounds were identified as β-sitosterol(1),Benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-,methyl ester(2),schindilactone A(3),Schisandrol B(4),Wuweizilactone acid(5),Schisandrin B(6),Schisandrin A(7),chisandrol A(8).Conclusion] Chemical constituents of the fresh leaves of S.chinensis were isolated and identified for the first time,and compound 2 was isolated from S.chinensis for the first time.
