贵德黑裘皮羊血液指标测定

目的]为贵德黑裘皮羊的开发、利用及其疾病诊断和防治提供依据。方法]采集青海省贵南县黑羊场15只成年健康贵德黑裘皮羊的血样,测定其红细胞、白细胞、血小板3分类18个血液指标。结果]贵德黑裘皮羊的白细胞数为(7.52±2.72)×109个/L,红细胞数为(13.04±2.81)×1012个/L,血红蛋白含量为85.36±27.05g/L,红细胞平均容量为37.22±1.93fl,红细胞平均血红蛋白量13.19±0.96pg,血小板数为(370.67±139.60)×109个/L,淋巴细胞绝对值为(14.11±9.36)×109/L,中间细胞绝对值为(0.79±0.46)×109个/L,中性粒细胞绝对值(0.81±0.71)×109个/L。结论]该研究为保护贵德黑裘皮羊以及发挥其优良生产性能奠定了基础。

Determination of Blood Indices Guide Black-fur Sheep

Objective] The research aimed to provide the basis for the development and utilization of Guide black-fur sheep and its disease diagnosis and control.Method] Blood samples were collected from 15 mature healthy Guide black-fur sheep in black sheep farm of Guinan county in Qinghai province.Eighteen blood indexes belonging 3 classes of erythrocyte,leukocyte and platelet were determined.Result] The number of leukocyte in Guide black-fur sheep was(7.52±2.72)×109/L,erythrocyte number was(13.04±2.81)×1012/L,hemoglobin content was 85.36±27.05 g/L.Mean corpuscular volume was 37.22±1.93 fL,mean corpuscular hemoglobin was 13.19±0.96 pg and platelet number was(370.67±139.60)×109/L.The absolute value of lymphocyte was(14.11±9.36)×109/L,the absolute value of intermediate cell was(0.79±0.46)×109/L and the absolute value of neutrophil was(0.81±0.71)×109/L.Conclusion] This research laid the foundation for protecting Guide black-fur sheep and enhancing its good production performance.
