| 摘 要： | 选取山东日照花岗石材行业为研究对象,将生态补偿的研究和应用扩展到污染行业领域,估算了污染行业引起的生态环境破坏的价值损失,运用支付卡式条件价值法（CVM）对花岗石材行业集中发展区域—日照市五莲县街头镇的生态补偿标准进行了评估。结果表明,当地居民为改善因石材行业污染而被破坏的生态环境的平均支付意愿为26.8元/月,对石材企业带来的污染的平均受偿意愿为101.1元/月;逐步回归分析结果显示,受访者的学历、月收入和对污染的了解程度与支付意愿显著相关;通过有序Logistic回归模型和人工神经网络对数据进行分析验证,建议政府向当地的石材行业每年征收1.80×107～6.80×107元的生态环境补偿费。 |
