细河流域不同重金属污染土壤微生物种群及微生物量的研究

摘    要:目的]研究细河流域土壤污染情况与土壤微生物之间的互作关系。方法]测定细河流域不同剖面重金属污染土壤的基本理化性质及微生物氮、碳和磷含量,采用稀释平板分析法,对污染土壤微生物区系进行分离纯化,最后对污染土壤微生物群落多样性进行分析。结果]供试土壤样品中,细菌数量最多,其次是放线菌,真菌数量最少;细河上游重金属污染严重,3类微生物数量均最低,中游污染次之,下游污染较轻。供试土壤微生物氮量和磷量与重金属污染程度呈负相关。细河下游土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌的多样性指数最高,生境条件较好,土壤质量较优。结论]细河流域土壤污染情况与土壤微生物之间有着密切的关系。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to research the interaction between the pollution situation of soil and soil microorganism in Xihe River Basin.Method] The basic physicochemical property of soil polluted by heavy metals and content of N,C and P in microorganism in different soil profile in Xihe River Basin were detected,and the dilution-plate analysis method was taken to isolate and purify the microbial flora in polluted soil,at last the diversity of soil microbial communities was analyzed.Result] In the tested soil sample,the bacterial number was the most,the following was actinomycetes and the fungi number was the least.The upstream of Xihe River was polluted by heavy metals,in which the number of 3 kinds of microbes were all the least,and the pollution of middle reaches was next and that of downstream was slighter.The content of N and P in microorganism in tested soil had negative correlation with the pollution degree of heavy metals.The diversity indexes of bacterial,actinomycetes and fungi in downstream of Xihe River were all the highest,which indicated that the habitat conditions and soil quality of downstream of Xihe River were better.Conclusion] There was a close relationship between pollution situation of soil and soil microorganism Xihe River Basin.
