摘    要:目的]研究农药中间体-氯乙酸生产中废盐酸的回收方法。方法]首先,配制K2SO4标准溶液,测其不同浓度下的吸光度值并绘制标准曲线;然后,测定废HCl溶液中初始SO42+的浓度;最后,采用BaCl为沉淀剂去除SO42+,测定其处理后溶液的SO42+浓度。结果]用BaCl作为沉淀剂可将废HCl中绝大部分的SO42+沉淀出来,提纯后盐酸中SO42+含量为24.8μg/ml。结论]用BaCl提纯废HCl的工艺简单、可靠,值得推广。
