蚯蚓粪复合基质对观赏番茄生长的影响

摘    要:目的]开发复合型蚯蚓粪栽培基质。方法]采用盆栽试验,以蚓粪(Q)为主要原料,加入秸秆(J)、蘑菇渣(M)与珍珠岩,配成复合基质,以蚯蚓粪100%的处理为对照,共设10个处理,研究蚯蚓粪复合基质对观赏番茄生长的影响。结果]与对照相比,蚯蚓粪基质中加入秸秆与蘑菇渣后降低了观赏番茄株高增长速度,提高了叶面积的增长速度;观赏番茄叶片的苗期叶绿素含量显著地高于开花座果期和结果期,结果期各处理差异不显著;蚯蚓粪复合基质不同处理对观赏番茄开花数、结果数、最大单果重和糖/酸比有明显影响,但对果实形态的改变有限,差异不明显。结论]综合考虑主要观测指标,处理4(Q40%+J20%+M30%),处理8(Q40%+J30%+M30%)和处理9(Q40%+J30%+M10%)为较理想的观赏番茄复合基质。

Effect of Wormcast Complex Media on Growth of Ornamental Tomato
Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to develop the complex type of cultivation media with wormcast.Method] In the pot test,with wormcast(Q) as main raw material,the complex media were prepared by adding straw(J)and mushroom dreg(M) and perlite,and taking 100% wormcast as CK,there were 10 treatments in total set up to study the wormcast complex media on growth of ornamental tomato.Result]Compared with CK,the wormcast complex media added by straw and mushroom dreg reduced the growth rate of plant height in ornamental tomato and raised the growth rate of leaf area,made the chlorophyll content in tomato leaves in seedling stage higher than that in flowering and fruiting stage significantly,and there was no obvious difference on chlorophyll content in each treatment in fruiting stage.The wormcast complex media with different treatments had obvious effect on the flowering and fruiting number,maximum weight of single fruit and ratio of sugar to acid,but had a finite effect on the change of the fruit shape and their difference was no obvious.Conclusion] Comprehensively considering on the main observed indexes,T 4(Q40%+J20%+M30%),T 8(Q40%+J30%+M30%) and T 9(Q40%+J30%+M10%) were the ideal wormcast complex media for ornamental tomato.
