| 摘 要： | 建立食品安全信用体系是解决食品安全问题的关键,食品安全信用管理系统则是食品安全信用体系的重要组成部分.提出了食品安全信用管理系统的基本设计原则,构建了食品安全信用管理系统的基本框架,并对其结构和内容进行了深入探讨.
