摘    要:目的]探讨转基因抗虫杂交棉KBQS01(QS01)的增产潜力,为其大面积推广提供科学依据。方法]介绍其选育经过、品种表现、特征特性及栽培技术要点。结果]KBQS01特征特性优良:生育期125d左右,株高120cm左右,第1果枝节位5.9节,单铃重6.37g,大样衣分41.35%,小样衣分41.59%,子指11.5g。KBQS01纤维品质较优,产量较高,2010年湖北省区试结果:子棉平均产量4155.0kg/hm2。比对照增产9.49%,居第1位;皮棉平均产量1611.0kg/hm2,比对照增产8.35%,增产显著,居第3位,8个点全部增产;霜前皮棉平均产量1240.5kg/hm2,比对照增产6.41%。2009、2010年湖北省区试,KBQS01耐枯萎病、耐黄萎病、抗棉铃虫。结论]KBQS0a性状优良,产量较高,纤维品质较好,适合大面积推广。

Breeding for the Hybrid Bt Cotton Cultivar KBQS01 with Resistance to Bollworm

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to discuss the yield-increasing potential of the hybrid Bt cotton cuhivar KBQS01 ( QSO1 ) with resistance to bollworm, and provide a scientific basis for its promotion in a large scale. Method] The breeding process, cuhivar performance, characteristics and cultivation technology of KBQSO1 were introduced. Result] KBQSOI' characteristics was good, and its growth period was about 125 d, its plant height was about 120 cm, its the first fruiting branch joint was 5.9, its single boll weight was 6.37 g, its large sample lint was 41.35%, its small sample lint was 41.59%, its seed index was 11.5 g. KBQS01 ' s fiber quality was better and yield was higher, the results of the regional experiment of Hubei Province in 2010 showed as follows: the mean cotton yield was 4 155.0 kg/hm2 and higher 9.49% than that of control, ranked No. 1 ; the mean lint yield was 1 611.0 kg/hm2 and higher 8.35% than that of control, and reached significant level, ranked No. 3, the yield of the 8 test points all increased; the lint yield before frost was 1 240.5 kg/hm2 and higher 6.41% than that of control. During the regional experiment of Hubei Province in 2009 and 2010, KBQS01 was tolerance to Fusarium wilt and cyanosis, and resistance to bollworm. Conclusion] KBQSO1 has good traits, higher yield, and better fiber quality, so it is suitable for promotion in a large scale.
