云南4个地方鸡种PRL外显子5基因多态性研究

目的]研究云南4个地方鸡种PRL外显子5基因的多态性。方法]对云南地方鸡种剥隘小种鸡（BA）、大围山微型鸡（DW）、武定鸡（WD）、盐津乌骨鸡（YJ）4个鸡种P地基因第5外显子PCR-SSCP进行检测分析，并采用Progene，Editplus等软件进行数据分析。结果]PcR-SSCP检测分析发现，PRL外显子5有4个SNP位点，均有多种基因型。在PRL-exon5681、742和816bp处呈现基因多态性，剥隘小种鸡、武定鸡、盐津乌骨鸡有AA、BB和AB3种基因型，大围山微型鸡有AA和AB2种基因型。PRLR-exon5950bp处有1个SNP，4种鸡均有AA、BB和AB3种基因型。结论]A基因可能是影响繁殖性状的优势基因。

PRL Exon 5 Gene Polymorphism of Four Yunnan Indigenous Chicken

Objective ] To study PRL exon 5 gene polymorphism of four Yunnan indigenous chicken. Method ] PCR-SSCP detection was conducted on PRL exon 5 gene of four Yunnan indigenous chicken （BA, DW, WD, YJ）, and data analysis was carried out by Progene and Editplus software. Result] PRL exon 5 gene has four SNP sites, all have a variety of genotypes. The results showed that PRL-exon5 681 bp and 742 bp and 816 bp has gene polymorphism, the breeds of BA, DW and WD have AA, BB, AB 3 genotype, the breeds of YJ have AA, AB genotypes. PRLR-exon5 950 bp has one SNP site, the four chicken breeds have AA, BB, AB 3 gene type. Conclusion ] The results showed that the gene A may be the dominant genes which affect the reproductive traits.
