| 摘 要： | 对山东省奶业的生产、消费和加工进行了模拟研究,探索了山东奶业的发展趋势、奶消费趋势及资源平衡等问题。通过多次的仿真试验,优选出合理的奶业发展方案,并指出了在奶业发展方案实施过程中各有关部门应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | The production and consumption and milk machining of dairy industry in Shandong province were simulated dynamically. The problems of developmental and consumptive direction and resource counterpoise and so on were explored. A batter developmental project was optimized in many dynamic simulated experiments, and the countermeasures of concerned department adopting in implementation process of development of dairy industry were put forward. |
