不同茶树资源生化成分差异的初步研究

摘    要:对12个茶树品种(品系)鲜叶的蒸青干样进行水浸出物、茶多酚和氨基酸含量的测定及分析。研究表明,3种测定结果在不同茶树材料中的含量存在明显差异,其中早生黑叶材料的水浸出物最多,并含有较多茶多酚和氨基酸,是极具开发前景的茶树品种。

Abstract:Water extract,tea polyphenol and amino acid in the dried materials braised from fresh leaves of 12 tea varieties were analyzed.The result showed that the contents of biochemical components were obviously distinctive in the different tea materials.There were most water extracts,higher content of tea polyphenol and amino acid in the tea variety-Zaoshengheiye,and so the variety will be a very promising tea in the tea manufacture.
