| 摘 要： | [目的]建立玉米自交系自由态水杨酸（SA）和结合态水杨酸（SAG）含量测定的HPLC法。[方法]用高效液相色谱仪以邻甲氧基苯甲酸作为内部标准品测定玉米自交系中自由态水杨酸和结合态水杨酸的含量。[结果]5种玉米自交系中自由态水杨酸和结合态水杨酸的含量大致相同,说明水杨酸含量在不同玉米自交系中具有稳定性。[结论]该研究建立了一种基于HPLC法测定玉米自交系中水杨酸含量的新方法,灵敏度高,分析时间短,同样适用于其他植物材料。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to establish the HPLC method of using to determine free salicylic acid(SA) and conjugated SA(SAG) content in five maize inbred lines by HPLC method.[Method] The free SA and conjugated SA content in maize inbred lines was determined with o-anisic acid as internal standard by HPLC.[Result] The results showed that free SA and conjugated SA content in 5 maize inbred lines was roughly the same levels,which showed that 5 maize inbred lines all had resistance to pathogens and mechani... |
