| 摘 要： | 分别以水、乙醇和丙酮为溶剂提取4种地衣中的有效成分,采用滤纸片法研究提取液对3种供试菌株的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）。结果表明,4种地衣中只有2种地衣的有机溶剂提取液对大肠杆菌和金色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用,且丙酮提取液的抑菌效果好于乙醇提取液;地衣有机溶剂提取液对枯草芽孢杆菌无抑制作用,其水提液无任何抑菌作用。

| Abstract: | The effective components of 4 kinds of lichen was extracted with water,ethanol and acetone as the solvents resp.,and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the extract on 3 kinds of tested strains was studied with filter paper method.The results showed that the organic solvent extract of only 2 kinds of lichen had inhibition on escherichia coli and aureus staphylococcus,and the antibacterial effect of acetone extract was better than that of ethanol extract.The organic solvent extract of lichen had no ... |
