摘    要:目的]研究植物生长调节剂对葡萄温床育苗生根的影响。方法]采用电热温床催根法,用50、100、150mg/L的吲哚丁酸和萘乙酸和50、100mg/L的生根粉浸泡凤凰51和京早晶的插条,观察生根情况。结果]50、100mg/L吲哚丁酸和150mg/L萘乙酸的催根效果较好,京早晶和凤凰51的插条生根率分别为70%、72%、81%和83%、85%、93%,清水对照的为42%和36%。各处理的发根数量明显多于对照,但发根长度短于对照。各处理均有不同程度的芽萌发,多数处理的萌芽率低于对照,150mg/L萘乙酸处理京早晶和凤凰51的插条萌芽率最低,分别为对照的20.0%和14.1%。结论]吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸和生根粉对葡萄温床育苗均有明显的促根效果。50、100mg/L吲哚丁酸和150mg/L萘乙酸的催根效果好,150mg/L萘乙酸的插条萌芽率最低。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of plant growth regulators on the rooting of growing grape seedlings in the hotbed. Method] By using electrothermal hotbed root-promoted method, the cuttings of Fenghuang 51 and Jingzaojing were soaked with indole butyric acid (IBA, 50, 100, 150 mg/L) , and naphthaleneacitic acid (NAA, 50, 100,150 mg/L) and rooting powder (50, 100 mg/L) to observe the rooting situations. Result] IBA at 50 and 100 mg/L and NAA at 150 mg/L had better root-promoted effects. The rooting rates of cuttings in Jingzaojing and Fenghuang 51 were 70 %, 72 %, 81 % and 83 %, 85 %, 93 % respectively for the above 3 kinds of concentrations, which in control group of clean water was 42 % and 36 %. The rooting rate in each treatment was obviously more than that of CK, but the root length was shorter than that of CK. Buds germinated in each treatment to different extent and the germination rate in most treatments were lower than that of CK. The germination rate of cuttings in Jingzaojing and Fenghuang 51 treated by 150 mg/L NAA was lowest, being 20.0 % and 14.1 % of control group. Conclusion] IBA, NAA and rooting powder all had obvious root-promoted effects on growing grape seedlings in hotbed. IBA with the concentrations of 50 and 100 mg/L and NAA with the concentration of 150 mg/L had better root-promoted effects. The germination rate of cuttings in the treatment of 150 mg/L NAA was lowest.
