摘    要:目的]研究影响绿僵菌生长以及分生孢子萌发的因子,为绿僵菌的制剂化应用过程提供理论依据。方法]分别对温度、pH值、紫外线以及杀虫剂等对绿僵菌的影响进行试验。结果]绿僵菌最适生长温度为26~28℃,且在pH值为6.2~6.6的环境中孢子萌发率最高,其在30 W的紫外灯下20 cm处,被照射15 min后失去活力,杀虫剂敌百虫对绿僵菌的生长几乎没有影响,但辛硫磷严重抑制绿僵菌的生长,要避免同时使用。结论]温度、pH值、紫外线以及常用杀虫剂对绿僵菌生长过程均有影响。

Abstract:objective] The theoretical basis of application of Metarhizium sp.was provided through the research on the factors affecting its growth and spore germination.to pathogenicity of,Method] The experiment in the factors such as temperature,pH value,ultraviolet radiation and pesticide that affected Metarhizium sp..Result] The optimal temperature of Metarhizium sp.growth was 26-28 ℃ and the optimal pH value for its spore germination was 6.2-6.6.The activity of Metarhizium sp.was gone when it was treated under 30 W ultraviolet lamp at the distance of 20 cm for 15 minutes;the pesticide such as Dipterex could hardly affect its mycelia growth,but Phoxim restrained the mycelia growth deeply.Conclusion] The temperature,pH value,ultraviolet radiation and pesticide affected Metarhizium sp.growth.
