| 摘 要： | 以乳源瑶族自治县为例,在新的土地规划分类的基础上,应用建设用地分类预测法,分别对城乡建设用地、交通水利用地和其他建设用地进行需求量预测,同时结合城镇工矿用地和农村居民点用地集约潜力分析,得出乳源瑶族自治县新一轮土地规划各项建设用地指标。结果表明,以土地规划分类和节约集约为基础,对建设用地需求量进行分类预测,对新一轮土地利用总体规划修编工作更具有指导性。
