互叶白千层幼苗光合日进程

摘    要:[目的]为改进互叶白千层栽培技术,提高其产量和质量提供理论依据。[方法]随机选取5株互叶白千层扦插苗上的健康功能叶片作为测定对象,用TPS-1便携式光合测定系统同步测定其净光合速率等指标。[结果]10:00左右,互叶白千层的净光合速率出现第1个峰值44.00μmol/(m2·S),初步确定其光饱和点为1900.00μmol/(m2·S)左右。14:00,光合有效辐射达最高值2000.00μmol/(m2·s)。16:00左右,互叶白千层的净光合速率出现第2个峰值4.05μmol/(m2·s)。16:00,空气CO2浓度降至最低值。11:00,叶片气孔导度迭峰值800.00mmol/(m2·s)。12:00,蒸腾速率达峰值。8:00,水分利用率最高。[结论]互叶白千层的光合日变化呈双峰型,其净光合速率日变化与空气CO2浓度呈显著负相关,与光合有效辐射呈极显著正相关,与胞间CO2浓度呈显著负相关。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for improving the cultivation technology of Melaleuca alternifolia and enhancing its yield and quality.[Method] The healthy functional leaves on the 5 cutting seedlings of M.alternifolia were randomly selected as measuring objects and their indexes such as net photosynthetic rate were measured synchronously by TPS-1 portable photosynthesis measurement system.[Result] At about 10:00,the net photosynthetic rate of M.alternifolia showed its first peak...
