摘    要:目的]研究沼液、沼渣在无土栽培上的应用效果。方法]利用沼液、沼渣分别作为营养液和营养基质,对辣椒进行基质栽培。结果]沼液、沼渣栽培能明显提高果实中Vc、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量,降低硝酸盐含量,并且能提高蔬菜产量,但是对果实中可滴定酸含量的提高并不明显。结论]沼液栽培以处理T4效果最佳,沼渣栽培以处理R1效果最佳。
