| 摘 要： | 目的]研究沼液、沼渣在无土栽培上的应用效果。方法]利用沼液、沼渣分别作为营养液和营养基质，对辣椒进行基质栽培。结果]沼液、沼渣栽培能明显提高果实中Vc、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量，降低硝酸盐含量，并且能提高蔬菜产量，但是对果实中可滴定酸含量的提高并不明显。结论]沼液栽培以处理T4效果最佳，沼渣栽培以处理R1效果最佳。
