摘 要: | 目的]探讨镉污染的农田中施用EDTA对水稻生长的影响规律。方法]以高镉积累型水稻品种秀水63和常规品种Ⅱ优527为试材,在盆栽土壤上施加2.0mmol/LEDTA,研究EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸钠)对在镉污染的土壤中不同镉富集类型水稻品种生长和发育的影响。结果]在镉污染的土壤上施加EDTA,提高了水稻株高,降低了根长,高镉污染(5.0mg/kg)对水稻生长的影响优于低镉污染(1.0mg/kg)。镉污染对Ⅱ优527有效穗数的影响大于秀水63。EDTA增加了镉污染农田水稻有效穗数、成穗率、穗实粒数和Ⅱ优527的千粒重,降低了受污染水稻的穗长和秀水63的千粒重,相同条件下,Ⅱ优527的有效穗数和成穗率大于秀水63。结论]该研究为采用改良措施控制水稻对镉的吸收提供科学依据。

Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to discuss the law of the effect of applying EDTA in the cadmium-polluted field on the growth of rice.Method] With the rice variety Xiushui 63 with high cadmium accumulation and the conventional variety ⅡYou 527 as the tested materials, 2.0 mmol/ L EDTA was applied on the potted soil to study the effect of EDTA added in the cadmium-polluted soil on the growth of rice with different cadmium enrichment types.Result] Applying EDTA in the cadmium-polluted soil could increase the plant height and reduce the root length of rice.The effects of EDTA applied in the soil with high cadmium (5.0 mg/kg) pollution on the rice growth were better than that with low cadmium(1.0 mg/kg) pollution on the rice growth.The effects of cadmium pollution on effective panicle number of Ⅱ You 527 were more significant than that of Xiushui 63.Applying EDTA could increase the effective panicle number, the panicle setting rate, the spikelet number per panicle and 1 000-grain weight of Ⅱ You 527 and reduce the panicle length of cadmium-polluted rice and 1 000-grain weight of Xiushui 63.Under the same condition, the effective panicle number and panicle setting rate of Ⅱ You 527 were superior than that of Xiushui 63.Conclusion] This research provided the sciensific basis for controlling the cadmium absorption by rice with the improving measures. |
