摘    要:目的]探讨1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油对杨扇舟蛾幼虫的防治效果,从而实现无公害防治。方法]将1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油加水稀释为600、800、1000倍液,喷雾防治杨扇舟蛾幼虫。结果]1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油600、800、1000倍稀释液喷雾后,杨扇舟蛾幼虫死亡率依次为99.2%、96.9%、77.6%,校正死亡率依次为99.1%、96.5%和75.6%,且差异均极显著(P〈0.01)。结论]1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油的600倍稀释液可以防治杨扇舟蛾幼虫。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the control effects of matrine-nicotine missible oil with 1.2% potency on Clostera anachoreta larvae.Method] Dilutions of matrine-nicotine missible oil with 1.2% potency(1∶600,1∶800 and 1∶1 000)were prepared with water and then sprayed to control Clostera anachoreta.Result] After the larvae were sprayed with 1∶600,1∶800 and 1∶1 000 dilutions,the death rates were 99.2%,96.9% and 77.6%,respectively;and the corrected mortality was 99.1%,96.5% and 75.6%,respectively.The t test revealed significant difference in the death rate and corrected mortality between different dilutions.Conclusion] The best control effects Clostera anachoreta larvae can be achieved by spraying 1∶600 dilutions of matrine-nicotine missible oil with 1.2% potency.
