高硒高铁日粮对产蛋母鸡血浆和肝匀浆代谢酶活力的影响

摘    要:用高硒高铁日粮饲喂产蛋母鸡,观察血浆及肝匀浆代谢酶活性的变化。结果表明,血浆及肝匀浆GOT和GPT无明显变化,而SOD活力明显升高。提示产蛋母鸡日粮含高水平硒、铁,在硒铁向蛋中转移的过程中其自身代谢未发生不良变化。

Abstract:The laying hens were fed with diets containing selenium and iron at high level and the changes of metabolic enzyme activities in plasma and liver homogenate were studied. The results showed that GOT and GPT activities of plasma and liver were not obviously changed, but the SOD activities of the hens, which were fed with high -selenium and-iron diet, were remarkably increased. These results suggested that while the high level selenium and iron were applied, the high level selenium and iron be transformed from diet to egg by laying hens, and no bad reaction of metabolism to hen be set off.
