摘    要:研究了播期对不同小麦品系籽粒硬度、容重、千粒重、蛋白质含量、沉降值以及面粉湿面筋含量的影响。结果表明 :适期播种 (10月 2 8日 )有利于小麦品质的提高 ,早播和晚播均降低小麦品质 ,不同品系由于对播期的适应性不同 ,品质受影响的程度不同

Abstract:The experiment in the effect of different sowing-times on grain hardness, test weight, 1?000-seed weight, protein content, sedimentanion value and wet gluten content of 10 wheat lines was conducted. The results showed that suitable sowing-time was beneficial to the improvement of wheat quality, early and late sowing all lowered the wheat quality and the degree of wheat quality deterioration was various in different wheat lines due to their adaptability to the sowing time.
