摘    要:目的]探讨台湾翅果菊对不同干旱胁迫的生理响应。方法]采用PEG-6000(0%、10%、20%、30%)处理台湾翅果菊植株,测定在不同干旱胁迫程度下翅果菊叶片中过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、细胞质膜透性等指标。结果]随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,叶片细胞可溶性糖、氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量、细胞质膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量有先下降后上升的趋势。结论]植物生理生化指标对干旱胁迫有一定敏感范围。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the physiological responses of Pterocypsela formosana in drought stess.Method] With the method of different concentration of PEG treatment(0%、10%、20%、30%),the activity of peroxidase(POD),the content of malondialdephyde(MDA),the content of free praline,the content of soluble sugar and the relative permeability of plasmalemma of Pterocypsela formosana were studied.Result] With the increasing of drought stress,the content of soluble sugar,the activity of POD,the content of MDA,the relative permeability of plasmalemma and the content of free praline always increased after decreasing.Conclusion] The plant physiological-biochemical indexes had a certain sensitive range to drought-stress.
