摘    要:目的]建立文冠果壳总皂苷含量的测定方法,以期推动废弃物文冠果壳综合利用。方法]根据文冠果壳苷与香草醛-高氯酸作用后具有的特征吸收,确定最佳显色条件,用分光光度计测定文冠果壳苷的含量。结果]测试波长为456nm,香草醛浓度5%,高氯酸体积0.8ml,反应温度80℃,反应时间30min。测定文冠果壳苷含量为0.24mg/g。结论]该测定方法简单,可行。

Abstract:Objective] The research aim was to establish a way of determining the quantity of total saponins in the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. for effectively using wasted husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. Method] The method was to confirm the optimal reaction conditions according to the special absorption which appeared when vanillin-perchloric acid was used as color developing reagent, and detected the content of total saponins in the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. by spectrophotometry. Result] The optimal conditions was that the wave length was 456 nm, the temperature was 80 ℃, the concentration of vanillin was 5%, the perchloric acid was 0.8 ml, and the reaction time was 30 min. Under optimal conditions, the content of total saponins was 0.24 mg/g. Conclusion] The determination method was simple and feasible.
