| 摘 要： | ［目的］研究了3种植物生长调节剂对苦瓜生长发育的影响，为苦瓜的增产提供技术参考。［方法］应用50、150和250 mg/L的吲哚乙酸（ IAA）、乙烯利喷施2～3叶期苦瓜幼苗，用50、100和150 mg/L的三碘苯甲酸（TiBA）喷施20～30cm高的苦瓜植株。［结果］250mg/L IAA、150 mg/L乙烯利和50 mg/L TiBA 明显促进苦瓜的雌花分化和坐果；250 mg/L乙烯利和150 mg/L TiBA具有明显的矮化植株的作用，250 mg/L IAA则明显促进植株的营养生长。［结论］2～3叶期喷施适当浓度的IAA、乙烯利及苗期喷施TiBA，可明显促进苦瓜的雌花发育，提高经济产量。
