摘    要:[目的]研究了3种植物生长调节剂对苦瓜生长发育的影响,为苦瓜的增产提供技术参考。[方法]应用50、150和250 mg/L的吲哚乙酸( IAA)、乙烯利喷施2~3叶期苦瓜幼苗,用50、100和150 mg/L的三碘苯甲酸(TiBA)喷施20~30cm高的苦瓜植株。[结果]250mg/L IAA、150 mg/L乙烯利和50 mg/L TiBA 明显促进苦瓜的雌花分化和坐果;250 mg/L乙烯利和150 mg/L TiBA具有明显的矮化植株的作用,250 mg/L IAA则明显促进植株的营养生长。[结论]2~3叶期喷施适当浓度的IAA、乙烯利及苗期喷施TiBA,可明显促进苦瓜的雌花发育,提高经济产量。
