土壤干旱对洛麦9133幼苗水分生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验对不同土壤干旱下冬小麦幼苗水分生理特性进行了研究。结果表明,幼苗光合速率、蒸腾速率均随土壤水分的减少而呈降低趋势,叶片水分利用效率呈增加趋势。通过统计回归发现,冬小麦幼苗叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率和WUE与土壤水分之间均存在显著线性关系,这说明土壤水分是影响冬小麦幼苗水分生理特性的重要因子之一。

Abstract:In this paper the water physiological characteristics of winter wheat seedling under different soil drought were researched.The results showed that the content of Pn,Tr and Gs in leaf was decreased with soil water decreasing,and the content of WUE in leaf was increased with soil water decreasing.It was found that the soil drought had important effect on the water physiological characteristics of winter wheat seedling with the regression models of the content of Pn,Tr and Gs and WUE with the content of soil mositure.
