摘    要:于 1999年在盆栽条件下研究了水分胁迫对水稻根系生长和部分生理特性的影响。结果表明 :水分胁迫显著影响水稻单株次生根数、根系干重、根系吸收总面积、活跃吸收面积和根系活力 ;分蘖期干旱对根系生长发育影响较小 ,拔节后直至抽穗开花期根系对水分胁迫反应最为敏感 ;土壤水分为田间最大持水量的 70 %~ 75 %时 ,最有利于水稻根系生长发育

Abstract:Seeds were grown in pots to study the water force on rooting of rice on the experiment farm in 1999. The results showed that : The number of secondary roots、the dry weight、the absorbent surface total area and activ absorption area 、activity of TTC was different in various degrees of water deficit. The roots was little effect to drought during tillering stage .but it was sensitive between the jointing stage and the flowering stage. Seventy or seventy-five percent of field moisture capacity were adequate for roots growth.
