摘    要:目的]为了研究UV-C照射对辣椒种子发芽及幼苗生长的相关影响.方法]按照农作物发芽标准,测定种子发芽率、发芽势,并测定株高、茎粗、干鲜重等指标.结果] UV-C辐射能使辣椒种子发芽势降低1.5% ~10.6%,但对发芽率没有影响.10、20 h处理使辣椒种子的出苗率分别提高18%和17%.通过测定生长指标,发现10 h处理能使辣椒幼苗的茎粗增加,植株高度降低,干鲜质量增加,壮苗指标有所提高.结论]UV-C照射处理辣椒种子10 h的效果最好.

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of UV-C radiation on pepper seedl germination and seeding growth.Method] According to the germination standard of the crops,the rate of the seedling emergence and the germination potential were measured,and the indicators such as plant height,stem diameter and dry and fresh weight,etc were measured.Result] UV-C could decrease pepper seed germination by 1.5%-10.6%,while 10 h and 20 h radiation could remarkably increase pepper seedling emergence rate by 18% and 17% respectively.10 h radiation could decrease seedling height,but increase seedling stem,fresh and dry weight.This was beneficial for breeding strong and vigorous seedling.Conclusion] The optimum treatment was 10 h.
