摘    要:对从草坪草和牧草根际分离出的4株联合固氮菌分泌IAA的能力和分泌动态进行了研究,结果表明:在培养3 d后,菌株分泌IAA的能力基本稳定。因此,为了进一步的验证上述结果,又进行了连续14 d分泌IAA的动态测定。2次测定的IAA浓度不同,但2次测定的IAA分泌动态规律基本一致。其中I012I、033I、034I、041分泌IAA能力分别为29.1μg/ml2、5.2μg/ml2、5.5μg/ml、36.1μg/ml。

Abstract:Four associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria were isolated from turfgrass.The ability and dynamic of producing aunix were determined in a week.The results showed that the amount was stable after three days culture.In order to validate the results,the dynamic auxin during14 days were determined as well.The concentrations of IAA in the two experiments were different,but the law of variety did not change.With L-Trp,IAA concentration of I012,I033,I034 and I041 reached 29.1 μg/ml,25.2 μg/ml,25.5 μg/ml and 36.1 μg/ml.
