| 摘 要： | 根据建设用地需求的特点,采用新维无偏灰色马尔科夫模型进行预测。实例计算结果表明,该模型与一般无偏灰色模型和灰色马尔科夫模型相比,预测准确度得到了较大提高,可以用于土地利用规划预测。

| Abstract: | According to the demand characteristics of construction land,metabolic unbiased gray Markov model was used to predict the construction land.The example calculation results showed that the prediction accuracy of this model had been improved greatly than common unbiased grey model and grey Markov model and it could be used to predict land-use planning. |
