| 摘 要： | 经口给予小鼠不同剂量的牛蒡多糖20 d后,与对照组相比能显著地提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数、小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬指数和小鼠脾脏、胸腺器官相对重量。检测结果表明,牛蒡多糖具有较强的调节体液免疫功能和调节小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用。

| Abstract: | BALB/C female mice was treated with Arctium lappa L Polysaccharide(ALP) at low,medium and high dose,respectively and after 20 days,the immunological analysis showed that the number of antibody-producing cells at all doses,the phagacytosis index at medium dose and the weight of spleen and thymus at all doses was significantly increased.These results indicated that Arctium lappa L polysaccharide can improve mouse humoral immunity and phagocytic activities to some extent. |
