不完全双列杂交在家蚕配合力测定中的应用

摘    要:目的]为家蚕的高产优质育种提供参考。方法]以4×4不完全双列杂交选配的16个杂交组合F1为材料,对家蚕万蚕产茧量、万蚕茧层量2个综合性状进行了配合力测定分析。结果]研究表明,在中系4个亲本中,K32、K22的一般配合力较高;在日系4个亲本中,丁22、丁62的一般配合力较高。分别由其组配的K32×丁22、K22×丁62杂交组合的特殊配合力及配合力总效应值均较高,且这2个组合的平均产量也较高,是理想的高产组合,可作为生产性组合。结论]在加大母种选育力度的同时,进一步检测2组合茧丝质的各项性能指标,可望选择出符合育种目标的优良高产优质家蚕基因型。

Application of Incomplete Diallel Cross in the Test of Silkworm Combining Ability
Abstract:Objective] The experiment was to provide the reference for the highyielding and good quality silkworm breeding.Method] The combining ability of 2 traits of silkworm cocoon production and volume per million silkworms of 16 F1 hybrids from 4×4 Incomplete Diallel cross were tested.Results] The result showed that in 4 Chinese parents,K32 and K22 had higher combining ability;and in 4 Japanese parents,the combining ability of D22,and D62 was higher.The combining ability and special combining ability of the combinations of K32×D22 and K22×D62 were higher,and also,the yield of two combinations was high,too,which were the ideal combination for application in production.Conclusion] Based on the parent species breeding,the index of cocoon quality should be further tested so that it was expected to breed and select the target silkworm parent line with genotype of high-yielding and good quality.
