黄芩及其提取药渣黄芩苷含量的比较

摘    要:为了研究小柴胡颗粒中黄芩药材提取前后黄芩含量变化,分别以6倍于药材的水提取黄芩药材中有效成分,提取2次,每次1.5 h.并采用高效液相色谱法对黄芩药材和提取药渣中黄芩苷的含量进行定量测定,然后比较.测试结果显示:提取后黄芩药渣中黄芩苷的含量是黄芩药材黄芩苷总含量的70.3%,多数黄芩苷遗留在黄芩药渣中.从而得出:水提法不能有效提取黄芩药材中的黄芩苷,需优化黄芩提取工艺,减少工业浪费.

Abstract:In the research of the content change of Radix scutellariae before and after the extraction of Radix scutellariae,the water as six times as the drug material was to extract the effective composition of Radix scutellariae,extracting twice and 1.5 h each time.HPLC method was adopted to determine and compared the baicalin content of the Radix scutellariae and the extractive residue.Determination showed that the baicalin content in extractive drug residue was(70.3%) of total baicalin contents of Radix scutellariae.Most of the baicalin left in the drug residue.It is concluded that using water can't extract baicalin from Radix scutellariae efficiently and the extraction technique of Radix scutellariae should be improved to reduce the industrial waste.
