摘    要:分析了目前我国秸秆利用的现状,结合气流粉碎机上喷嘴的使用特点,根据喷嘴设计的一般原理以及特征线理论,提出了一种实用的喷嘴的设计方法。以喷嘴的过中心轴的半截面为研究对象,对收缩段进行设计重点研究,得到了喷嘴设计过程中的关键参数对粉碎性能的影响,为进一步将气流粉碎应用到秸秆超微粉碎提供了参考。

Abstract:This research analyzed the present situation of straw utilization in China.A practical design method of nozzle were put forward combined with application characteristics of the nozzle in jet milling,according to general principle and characteristic-line theory.Taking the half-surface through nozzle's center-axis as study object,the influence of the key parameters during the process of nozzle design to crushing capability were obtained through the key design research on the contraction segment,which provided the reference for the application of jet milling to the straw superfine comminution.
