| 摘 要： | 目的]探索提高顶坛花椒种子萌发率的关键技术。方法]通过顶坛花椒的田间种子萌发试验,初步探索采种时间等技术措施对种子萌发的影响。结果]立秋至白露,采种越晚,种子萌发率越高。其中,8月20日采种的种子萌发率为8月7日采种的2.22倍,而9月5日采种的种子萌发率仅为8月20日采种的1.26倍。经洗衣粉、碱水、湿沙埋藏脱脂催芽处理的种子萌发率比冷水直接浸泡处理的种子萌发率高,碱水处理的效果最好。撒播出苗率平均为沟播的6.58倍。不同施肥处理对顶坛花椒种子萌发的影响极显著,播种方式对种子萌发的影响显著,而采种时间、种子处理方式对种子萌发的影响不显著。结论]该研究为顶坛花椒的优质、高效栽培提供了科学依据。
