| 摘 要： | 对辽宁现有的渍涝预报方法进行改进,考虑不同下垫面下渍涝风险区划,并在渍涝风险区划的基础上分别建立易涝区及非易涝区的降水径流预报模型,综合考虑降水量指标和土壤相对湿度指标,确定辽宁渍涝风险气象等级,使目前的辽宁渍涝风险气象等级预报方法得到改进,在2009年汛期的一次局地暴雨中给出了准确预报,应用效果良好。

| Abstract: | The existing waterlog forecasting method in Liaoning was improved,the risk zoning under different underlying surface was considered,and on the basis of this,the rainfall runoff prediction model of waterlogging and non-rainfall areas were established.Liaoning waterlog risk grade was determined by comprehensively considering precipitation and soil relative humidity and the existing forecasting method was improved. |
