摘    要:用铜、铅和钴3种重金属处理油菜和诸葛菜叶片,研究了重金属对油菜、诸葛菜的碳酸酐酶的抑制作用。结果表明:3种重金属对植物碳酸酐酶活性都具有一定的阻碍作用,但抑制常数不同,其中铜最小,铅次之,钴最大;且植物碳酸酐酶比动物碳酸酐酶对重金属敏感,这对优化自然界的食物链具有重要意义。

Abstract:Carbonic anhydrase is the ubiquitous enzyme in plants and catalyzes the interconversion of carbon dioxide hydration reaction.There are three kinds of heavy metals: copper,lead and cobalt,which have been used to treat the leaves of Brassica napus and Orychophragmus violaceus.The results showed that three kinds of heavy metals all could inhibit the activities of carbonic anhydrase,but their inhibition constants were different.The inhibition constants of copper was the most small;lead,the second and cobalt,the greatest.Furthermore the carbonic anhydrase in plants was more sensitive than animals.It is important to grade-up the food chain of nature.
