| 摘 要： | 用绞股蓝复合液（15.0、5.0、2.5 ml/kg）对ICR小鼠进行灌胃处理，同时设蜂蜜对照组（0.35 g/kg）和空白对照组（蒸馏水），连续灌胃30 d后测定小鼠的负重游泳时间和肝糖原、血清尿素氮及血乳酸含量。结果表明，绞股蓝复合液中剂量组（5.0 ml/kg）可显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间、降低运动后血乳酸含量和血乳酸曲线下面积；高剂量组（15.0 ml/kg）可显著降低小鼠运动后血清尿素氮含量及血乳酸曲线下面积。说明绞蓝复合液可提高小鼠的抗运动疲劳能力。

| Abstract: | With the treatments with honey(0.35 g/kg) and distilled water as CK,the ICR mice were administered by intragastric with complex liquid of Gynostemma pentaphllum(15.0,5.0,2.5 ml/kg) for 30 d.The weight load swimming time and content of liver glycogen,serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid of mice were determined.The results showed that G.pentaphllum with 5.0 ml/kg could significantly prolong weight load swimming time and decrease content and area under the curve of blood lactic acid of the mice,G.pentaphl... |
