| 摘 要： | 将从黄瓜体内分离到的内生细菌连续回接到黄瓜体内,提高黄瓜内生细菌的含量,并研究其对黄瓜枯萎病的防治作用。经盆栽和田间试验,6种内生细菌混合液的防治效果与甲基托布津的相当;3种内生细菌混合液的防治效果相对较差。

| Abstract: | By the improvement of the quantity of Endophytic bacteria,the antagonism of Endophytic bacteria isolated from cucumber and inoculated into cucumber against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.were studied.The result of potted experiment and filed test showed that the effect of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.on cucumber with mixed liquid of 6 strains bacteria were equal to the effect of thiophanate-methy.The effect of mixed liquid of 3 strains bacteria was poor. |
