| 摘 要： | 目的]探索适合于天麻DNA的提取方法。方法]采用3种方法提取天麻DNA，测定提取的天麻DNA纯度与产量，并对其扩增产物进行电泳分析。结果]改进的CTAB法提取的天麻DNA产量和纯度均较高，扩增产物的电泳条带也较明显。结论]改进的CTAB法较适合用于天麻DNA的提取。
