| 摘 要： | 目的]研究黄颡鱼性腺发育的季节性变化。方法]通过石蜡切片技术研究黄颡鱼的性腺发育。结果]精巢和卵巢3月份以Ⅲ期为主,进入到6月份就以Ⅴ期为主,到9月份是以Ⅳ期为主,到12月份就退化到Ⅱ期,一个新的生殖周期接着开始运转。繁殖月份为每年的6月,且其在繁殖周期中出现波峰。结论]根据其组织学特点可知黄颡鱼的性腺发育是随着季节而变化的。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the seasonal change of gonad development of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.Method] Paraffin section technology was used to study the gonad development of P.fulvidraco.Result]The ovaries and testis entered into stage Ⅲ in March,entered into stage Ⅴ in June,entered into stage Ⅳ in September and deteriorated to stage Ⅱ in December,a new reproductive cycle then started.The breeding month was June,and its peaks appeared during the breeding cycle.Conclusion] According to the histological features,the gonad development of P.fulvidraco changes with the seasons. |
