摘    要:应对贵州省普通本科高校向应用型高校转型发展的需求,结合植物科学与技术专业的人才培养要求及植物生理学教学的要求,整合矿质营养生理学的验证性实验,改为开设综合性实验"植物溶液培养及生理缺素症的观察"。通过实施获得以下经验:结合植物科学与技术专业选择生长迅速、培养周期短的植物材料;采用溶液培养材料;分别采用不同的溶液进行培养处理,同时设计对照组和3个不同的营养液条件;选择具有代表性的3个指标进行测定;结合实验中出现的现象、问题、结果进行总结分析,探讨改进的方法;增强了学生的学习主观能动性,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养了学生的探索创新精神,为以后进行大学生科研项目及毕业论文的设计奠定一定的基础。

Practice and Exploration of Comprehensive Experiment of Plant Physiology
Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the transformation from ordinary undergraduate colleges in Guizhou to application-oriented colleges and universities,the requirements of plant science and technology specialty training and the requirements of plant physiology teaching,the confirmatory experiments of mineral nutrition physiology were integrated into a comprehensive experiment "plant solution culture and physiological deficiency syndrome observation".The following experience has been achieved through implementation:the selection of plant materials with rapid growth and short cultivation cycle should be combined with plant science and technology specialty;solution cultures were used;different solutions were used for culture,and the control group and three different nutrient solutions were designed;three representative indexes were selected for determination;summary analysis should combine the phenomena,problems and results in the experiment,and discuss the improved method;enhance the learning initiative of students,improve students'ability to analyze and solve problems,to cultivate the students' innovative spirit,lay a foundation for the design of college students after graduation thesis and research projects.
