| 摘 要： | 以试管2倍稀释法测得中草药对鸡败血霉形体和大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为57.6和33.5 g/L.中草药含量在4.8～421.1 g/L时,对感染具有一定的抗性,对感染鸡的治愈率分别是38.1%、66.7%;感染鸡死亡率分别为28.6%、4.8%;对感染鸡的总有效率分别是71.4%、95.2%,临床治愈率为74%,明显好于恩诺沙星对照组.

| Abstract: | Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of Chinese herbal medicine against Mycoplasma gallisepticum and E.coli were tested by two-fold dilution method in vitro.MICs of Chinese herbal medicine were 57.6 and 33.5 g/L,respectively.Result indicated that Chinese herbal medicine content in the range of 4.8~421.1 g/L had a certain resistance to infection.The curative rates for infected chickens were 38.1% and 66.7%,respectively;and the mortality of infected control group was 28.6 % and 4.8 %,respectively;the total effective rates for infected chickens were 71.4 % and 95.2 %,respectively.Curative rate of Chinese herbal medicine for diseased chickens in clinic was 74 %.Chinese herbal medicine showed high efficacy in infection control,which was superior to enrofloxacin in curative rates,effective rates and mortality decrease. |
