摘    要:研究了不同外植体和激素水平对紫叶酢浆草组织培养的影响。结果表明:紫叶酢浆草的叶片比叶柄更容易分化出不定芽,是最适宜的外植体;诱导不定芽分化的适宜培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA1.5mg/L,不定芽增殖的适宜培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L,试管苗在MS+2,4-D0.5mg/L培养基上生根较好。

Abstract:In the paper,the effects of different explants and hormone contents on tissue culture of Oxalis purpurea was studied and the available methodology on rapid propagation clone O. purpurea was discussed.The results indicated as follows: it was easier to differentiate the adventitious bud from leaf than leaf stalk. Leaf is the best explant for bud differentiation. The best medium of bud differentiation was MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L;the best medium of bud propagation was MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L and the medium for rooting of plantlet was MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L.
