9种野菜(外来入侵植物)中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量的研究

摘    要:目的]为人们安全食用提供科学依据。方法]利用分光光度法对采自广东省潮州市的9种野菜(外来入侵植物)中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量进行测定。结果]9种野菜硝酸盐含量范围为3.76~256.08 mg/kg,空心莲子草的硝酸盐含量最高,含量最低的是红花酢浆草。亚硝酸盐含量最高的是赛葵,其次是空心莲子草和钻形紫苑,其他6种野菜的亚硝酸盐含量未检出。结论]参考蔬菜中硝酸盐含量分级评价标准和无公害蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量限量标准,这9种野菜均属于1级野菜,可以安全食用。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide scientific data for people's food safety.Method] The contents of nitrate and nitrite of 9 wild vegetables(invasive plants) collected from Chaozhou were determined by spectronhotometry.Result] The contents of nitrate of 9 wild vegetables(invasive plants) ranged from 3.76 to 256.08 mg/kg.The content of Alternanthera philoxeroides was the highest and that of Oxalis corniculatawas the lowest.The content of nitrite of Malvastrum cormandelianum was the highest,next was Alternanther sessilis and Aster sublatus.The contents of nitrite in others were unchecked.Conclusion] According to the evaluation standards for nitrate and nitrite pollution at home and aboard,9 wild vegetables were all the first class edible wild vegetables and they could be eaten anyway.
