高产酶活枯草芽孢杆菌制剂在奶牛生产上的应用研究

摘    要:目的]研究高产酶活枯草芽孢杆菌对奶牛产奶量及奶成分的影响。方法]挑选出品种、胎次、体重、产奶量、泌乳期等生理状况基本相似的黑白花奶牛24头,在饲料配方、饲养管理、环境条件均一致的状况下,试验组在基础日粮的水平上添加不同剂量的高产酶活枯草芽孢杆菌微生态制剂,对照组正常饲养,分别统计、分析不同时期各组的产奶量和奶成分。结果]试验组和对照组泌乳量都有不同幅度地提高,但与对照组相比,试验C组提高了26.34%、试验D组提高了20.53%。随着试验期的增加,各组泌乳量之间表现出差异显著性,在试验3期,试验C组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),并且试验C组与试验B组差异显著(P<0.05);试验4期,试验C组仍与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),且试验C组与试验B组差异也极显著(P<0.01)。随着各组泌乳量增加的数量不同,乳脂肪和乳蛋白含量表现出不同的变化。对照组乳脂肪下降3.16%,乳蛋白增加1.41%;试验C组乳脂肪下降3.21%,乳蛋白增加1.40%,与对照组处于同一水平;而试验D组乳脂肪提高0.68%,乳蛋白提高2.04%,增加的百分比高于对照组。结论]高产酶活枯草芽孢杆菌制剂可提高泌乳牛的产奶量,并且不同的添加剂量对泌乳量的提高数量不同。在提高泌乳量的同时,减少乳脂率降低的百分点,提高乳蛋白的含量。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of high enzyme activity-producing Bacillus subtilis agent on the milk yield and milk component of dairy cow.Method] Selecting 24 cattles of Holstein with the similar physiological status such as variety,birth order,body weight,milk yield and lactation period,under the accordant situations of feed formula,management and environmental conditions,different dosages of high enzyme activity-producing B.subtilis micro-ecological agent were added into the basic diet in test groups.The cattles in control group were fed normally.The milk yield and components in each group in different periods were calculated.Result] The milk yield in test groups and control group increased to different extent.Compared with control group,the milk yield in test group C and D increased by 26.34% and 20.53% respectively.During the experimental period,the milk yield in different groups B had significant difference.In the third test stage,that in test group C alsohad extremely significant difference with control group(P<0.01)and that in test group C and in test group B had the significant difference(P<0.05).In the fourth test stage,that in test group C also had extremely significant difference with control group (P<0.01),that in test group C and in test group B also had extremely significant difference(P<0.01).With different increased quantity of milk yield in different group,the content of milk fat and milk protein had different changes.In control group,milk fat decreased by 3.16% and milk protein increased by 1.41%.In test group C,milk fat decreased by 3.21% and milk protein increased by 1.40%,being at the same level with control group.In test group D,milk fat increased by 0.68% and milk protein increased by 2.04% with higher increased percentage than control group.Conclusion] High enzyme activity-producing B.subtilis agent could increase the milk yield of dairy cow.When the adding dosage was different,the increased milk yield was different.It could not only increase the milk yield,but it could also decrease the percentage point of milk fat ratio and increase the content of milk protein.
