| 摘 要： | 目的]研究添加葡萄糖和明胶对纤维素分解菌筛选的影响。方法]采用培养液富集,结合改良刚果红平板直接分离法筛选和分离纤维素降解菌。结果]培养基中添加少量葡萄糖可以促进纤维素分解菌的生长,但降低了筛选效率;添加少量明胶有助于稳定纤维素分解菌在平板上水解圈的显色反应从而快速筛选纤维素分解菌。结论]采用添加土壤浸汁和明胶的刚果红平板分离纤维素分解菌,是一种高效快速的纤维素分解菌筛选方法。
